Amanda Hansen is a Registered Psychologist, passionate about helping her clients through a range of life challenges, by working together with them to develop therapeutic goals and achieve lasting change.
Amanda uses a combination of both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to tailor an approach suited to her client’s individual needs. Within this framework, she remains solution-focussed in her approach to counselling, and works collaboratively with clients to achieve goals.
Amanda believes in the benefits of Mindfulness and taking valued action, and assists her clients to make choices guided by their values.
